Vanuatu's Deputy Prime Minister Sato Kilman has paid a visit to Yogyakarta in Indonesia to observe developments in the agriculture sector there.
Indonesia's Antara news agency reports that Mr Kilman, who is also Vanuatu's Foreign Minister, intended to learn about agricultural development in the province.
He says the result of his visit to agricultural projects would be to take back a model for farmers in Vanuatu where the government is focussing on rural development.
