Four men were arrested and charged for taking a rare endangered bird in the Northern Marianas.
The four were charged in the federal district court in Saipan with one count of taking an endangered specieis - a nightingale reed warbler.
The Marianas Variety reports that the Judge imposed a bond of 10,000 US dollars for each defendant.
The four were released from the custody of the U.S. Marshall Service after they posted the unsecured bond of 10,000 US dollars.
