Better customer service for investors in Pacific

A global survey says the level of customer service in the Pacific region needs improving if its to attract more foreign investment.

New Zealand's Pacific Islands Trade & Investment Commission is holding an investors workshop in Tonga today after the study revealed poor customer service levels in different countries.

London based consultancy GDP Global and the Multilateral Guarantee Agency of the World Bank Group surveyed the performances of 188 Investment Promotion Agencies worldwide.
