The Office of Petroleum Management in American Samoa estimates that it will cost 8 million US dollars to relocate the jet fuel tank farm at Pago Pago International Airport.
But Sione Kava, of the Government agency, says it does not have the money for the project.
He says funding has been set aside for other urgently required improvements to the main tank farm facility in Utulei village.
