A indigenous Fijian owned company has been granted a licence to operate helicopter charter services.

The Fiji Times reports that Nocosere Investment Limited's licence allows the company to carry passengers and cargo, do aerial filing and conduct search and rescue.

The company founder, Tevita Korodrau, says the licence will enable him to choose a reputable overseas operator to provide helicopter services.
