A strike at New Caledonia's public broadcaster has entered its sixth month.
A small group of USTKE union members have been disrupting broadcasts in a bid to win the re-instatement of a sacked technician, Rock Haocas.
He was dismissed after a court found him guilty of assaulting a cameraman during a 100-day strike at the station in 2004.
The latest dispute has been taken to court by RFO.
It has now upheld an earlier ruling that the USTKE union pay 100 000 US dollars.
But the union rejects the court ruling.
