A new company in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas has decided to offer a taxi like service that doesn't charge the high fare.
The company, Tropical Island Transportation Services, is a 24-hour transport service that charges a fixed amount of $3 to $10.
The Saipan Tribune reports the company, which has an easily identifiable fleet of cars, began operating this week.
