The public affairs officer for the Pacific Army reserve has confirmed that several reservists who were deployed to Iraq have had to be returned to Honolulu to undergo further evaluation.

Lt, Colonel Sugai says soldiers from Guam and American Samoa who have shown difficulty adjusting to civilian life after deployment have been referred back to Hawaii for further evaluations.

He would not say how many soldiers were involved in the evaluation exercise, but promised that the army would do all it could to take care of the soldiers problems

and their reintegration into the community.
