The suspended attorney general of Solomon Islands, Julian Moti, appeared in court this morning along with Robson Djokovic and Honiara lawyer Chris Hapa.
The three were arrested last month after arriving in Munda on a clandestine flight of the Papua New Guinea defence force.
The trio requested the Magistrate Court to release their belongings which had been confiscated by police when they arrived.
But Magistrate Seri Senaka said the three would have to make a formal application to have the court hear their request.
The Magistrates Court will hear their application tomorrow, while Mr Moti's illegal entry case will be heard on November the 28th.
