The District court in Samoa has issued a warrant to arrest the newly selected capatin of the Manu Samoa rugby side, Ulia Ulia, for not appearing to answer two assault charges and one of being armed with a dangerous weapon.
The charges against the international rugby player were laid after a brawl in the village of Afega last July.
Ulia was selected as captain in the new line up of Manu Samoa players to tour South Africa next month.
