The French Polynesian assembly is expected to vote on a motion of no confidence against the new president, Gaston Tong Sang, tomorrow.
The motion was filed by ousted president, Oscar Temaru, and his Union for Democracy Coalition party only
a month after a censure motion toppled his government.
The assemly could not sit to vote on the motion on Tuesday, because of a lack of quorum due to a boycott by president Tong Sang's Tahoeraa Huiraatira party.
The sitting is taking place today and is expected to continue tomorrow.
