The police in Samoa are investigating an alleged sexual assault against young boys in a rural village by a New Zealand man known to the alleged victims as Kevin.
The suspect is said to live overseas but often visits the village at different times of the year.
A private television station has been told the man was found in a village house with several boys who are now being questioned by police.
The police say investigations are being carried out following a complaint to the Samoa Victim Support group by the mother of one of the alleged victims.
