The federal court in Honolulu has ordered the warden of the Territorial Correctional Facility in American Samoa to turn over inmate Suafala Williams to the U.S. Marshal Service.

The order, was made at the request of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Honolulu as Williams will be a witness at the trial of former warden Mika Kelemete.

Williams is serving an 11-year jail term for drug and weapons charges.

Kelemete is accused of beating a inmate in 2003.
