Ross Taylor hoping to add another dimension to his game

Ross Taylor's batting has had a big part to play in the Black Caps resurgence before the World Cup -- but the Central Districts youngster has another string to his cricketing bow.

Taylor whose part Samoan has also taken three wickets in first class cricket and wouldn't mind bowling some more off-breaks in the West Indies.

"The wickets over here are a little bit slower, I might get a trundle and things, I don't know about the small grounds I might just start in there a little bit but I'm sure hopefully I can add a little balance to our team."

Ross Taylor says fantastic practice facilities have been a big help as the Black Caps shake off the effect of jetlag before their warmup match against Bangladesh tomorrow morning.
