Fiji rugby 7s skipper Semisi Naevo, has made clear his availability for the Rugby World Cup in September.

He wants to play for Fiji in his first 15s World Cup but knows with the amount of competition at hand, it will not be an easy ride into the full national side.

Naevo said he will be available for the final trials in July and if selected he would be more than happy to join the team.

The lanky forward plays as a blindside flanker and represented Fiji in last year's Pacific 5 Nations tournament.

He is also hoping to get released by his Japan club - NEC to play for the Fiji 7s side at the England and Scotland IRB 7s World Series tournaments in may and June.
