Cinema operator to invest 12m USD plusin Fiji

A Fiji cinema operator has brushed aside political uncertainties and decided to invest more than 12-million US dollars in a new complex.

Damodar Brothers, which operates the Village 6 cinemas in Suva and Village 4 in Lautoka, is going ahead with plans to build another cinema complex and shopping centre with 20 outlets.

A company director Div Damodar, says they have been through uncertainties before and have confidence in Fiji's future.

The new complex will be located at Laucala Bay.
