American Samoa's LBJ Tropical Medical Center has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Kirk Gray, has been placed on administrative leave effective today.
Mr Gray was ppointed last August and will be replaced by the Chief Financial Officer, Patricia Tindall.
The Chairman of the American Samoa Medical Center Authority says the Board chose to act at this time to ensure that the people of American Samoa have continued confidence in their healthcare facility.
