Fiji's Native Lands Trust Board has sacked its general manager, Kalivati Bakani.
Also sacked is its manager information technology, Mojito Mua.
The sackings follow months of investigations by a committee investigating indigenous Fijian institutions headed by Col Apakuki Kurusiga.
The interim minister for Fijian affairs, Ratu Epeli Ganilau, has confirmed the sackings saying it was the unanimous decision of the board of the NLTB.
Fiji TV says the board has yet to decide whether the findings of the Col Kurusiga report, which probed allegations of corruption, would be forwarded to the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption for investigation.
