The Fiji Times reports embattled Netball Fiji president ,Alice Tabete, has called for a Special General Meeting within the next 21 days.

The Times reports council members Suva and Lautoka have demanded Tabete face the Council and speak her mind.

Netball Fiji secretary, Patricia Rokoua, said the issue to hold a Special General Meeting was raised in the last Council meeting in Lautoka and it must be called by the president.

Lautoka president, Eparama Turaga, has called on Tabete to stop avoiding the Council.
