Fiji's national carrier Air Pacific has suspended some of its international flights from Suva indefinitely.

The airline's chief executive officer, John Campbell, told the Fiji Times the airline would continue to suspend flights to Auckland, Sydney and Brisbane until December when they would review schedules.

Mr Campbell says services would only be reinstated if the demand was there.

He says the move won't affect any employees.
