It's the end of an era for Fiji rugby sevens -- the maestro Waisale Serevi has walked away from the game.
After an hour-long meeting at the weekend with the Fiji Rugby Union, Serevi -- who's been a thorn in the New Zealand sevens side for many years -- has resigned.
There was speculation that Serevei was given the option to resign or be terminated from his post, but the FRU remains tight-lipped.
