Guam's Hotel Okura has begun $30 million US worth of renovations, to turn it into a top end luxury hotel.

Included in the upgrades is the building of 23 luxury villas, three function rooms, spa, restaurant and a wedding chapel.

Hotel renovations are expected to be completed by December.
