A lawyer in Solomon Islands Makario Tagini, says work is underway to revive plans to form a Shop Assistants Association.
He says the Association is being set up to look at the work conditions of its members, according to the laws of Solomon Islands.
Mr Tagini says a Constitution of the Association is in place and he would would arranging meeting for shop assistants to further discuss how the association should move forward.
He told the SIBC, that some store owners may not be complying with laws of the country in relation to their workers condition of work.
