The team looking for the wreckage of a French Polynesian plane at sea have found that parts of the Twin Otter are nearly 700 meters under water.

The Air Moorea plane crashed three weeks ago, killing all 20 people on board.

A cable laying vessel brought from New Caledonia has located the voice recorder and parts of the plane.

Six bodies are still missing.

The cause of the crash is yet to be determined.
