The Cook Islands, Naki Rasmussen, was more surprised than anyone else at picking up a gold medal in the body building competition at the South Pacific Games.
Host Samoa dominated the event picking up five of the eight gold medals on offer, while Papua New Guinea scooped up two.
31-year old Rasmussen won gold in the 70 kg category and says sacrifices had to be made to get to this stage
Rasmussen says body building is a very selfish sport and his family and social life have suffered.
