Police in Samoa have found narcotics and other utensils such as smoking pipes allegedly used for smoking cannabis, aboard a foreign yacht.
The Acting Police Commissioner, Papali'i Li'o, says a 51-year old foreign man is under investigation.
Police have not released further details of the operation as investigations are still being carried out.
