A Supreme Court Judge in Samoa has dismissed all the charges against the Ministry of Health's former corporate manager, Samau Ieru Lokeni.
Samau had been facing 12 counts of falsifying accounts and 3 counts of theft as a servant against him.
However, Supreme Court Judge, Vui Clarence Nelson, in his ruling said the court was not satisfied with the evidence provided by the police during the hearing.
