Police in American Samoa have been asked to investigate a case of missing hospital funds.
Sources in the territory claim that just under $4,000 is unaccounted for.
LBJ counsel Terry Lovelace would only confirm that the case has been referred to police but declined to give any other details.
One employee of the LBJ Business Office has been suspended in relation to the missing funds.
