A woman in Fiji is in custody amid claims she drowned her two young children after an argument with her husband.
Corporal Suliano Tevita says the 22-year-old woman was expected to be charged with the murder of her two girls after allegedly throwing them off a bridge into a river.
One of the girls was just two months old, the other was 21 months old.
Corporal Tevita says a post-mortem examination on the bodies of the children should be completed today.
Charges could follow the findings.
