Solomon Islands Tourism industry is expecting a boost over the next two years.
General Manager of the Solomon Islands Visitors Bureau Michael Tokuru says there is support for various development plans.
He says one is to re-open Anuha island resort in the Central Province.
Another is the plan by SkyAirWorld to start flights between Brisbane and Honiara next month.
And the SIBC reports him saying the renovation of domestic and international airports to meet international standards will also help.
