The MP for North Vella La Vella, Milner Tozaka, has been given the task of administering and distributing the money.

Mr Tozaka says a North Vella La Vella Rehabilitation Committee, which he chairs, has been formed and disaster chairmen from four provincial wards have been helping with planning how the funds will be used.
