The President of the Oceania Football Federation, Tahitian Reynald Temarii has given the president and secretary of Samoa's football soccer federation until the end of the month to resign.

Temarii is in Apia to resolve the SFSF's long overdue debts of half a million US dollars, but says this will only happen after the resignations.

But president Toleafoa says he won't bow to pressure from those who did not elect him and plans to take the dispute to the International Court of Aribitration in Switzerland.

Temarii says both the president and secretary need to resign or the world's governing body FIFA will cut all financial assistance
