An escaped prisoner, who was injured while being re-captured, is still in a critical condition in Fiji's Colonial War Memorial Hospital in Suva.
Jo Baleiloa underwent surgery last Thursday.
The hospital says he has serious head injuries and is in a coma.
It also says he is still on life support.
His father said earlier his son's fingers and legs are also broken.
