The Fiji Employers Federation Secretariat has appointed three new board members for two ensuing years.
The three new members are Westpac boss John Cashmore, John Low of the National Fire Authority and Mark Matthews of Rentokil Initial.
The Federation's chief executive officer Ken Roberts said there were eight vacancies to be filled.
However, only six valid nominations were received.
Three former board members were reappointed at the federation's 48th annual general meeting held at the Hexagon International Hotel in Nadi.
Re-appointed board members are Housing Authority chief executive Alipate Naiorosui, Digby Bossley and Fiji Gas CEO Harvie Probert.
