The interim Fiji cabinet has formally endorsed the establishment of a diplomatic mission in Suva by the Solomon Islands Government.
Fiji's acting interim Foreign Minister, Ratu Epeli Ganilau, says the Solomons' wants a resident mission in Fiji to cater for its sizeable community there, most of who attend the University of the South Pacific.
