The appeal by members of Fiji's ousted Government against the High Court ruling that validated the 2006 military takeover is to begin on April the 6th.
The case was called for mention this morning in the Fiji Court of Appeal which ordered that the appellant, ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase, file his submission by February the 6th.
Submissions by the respondents - the interim regime of Commodore Frank Bainimarama - are to be filed by March the 13th.
