Fiji's confirmed number of swine flu cases has now risen to 10 - three of whom are children under the age of eight.
The Ministry of Health media liaison officer, Iliesa Tora, told the Fiji Times that all four new cases are from Nadi and have a history of recent travel.
He said the four were being treated at their respective homes and were in stable condition
