A 6.6 magnitude earthquake has struck off Santo in Vanuatu, mid-afternoon Monday local time, according to the United States Geological Survey.
No tsunami warning was issued after the quake, which was centred 452 kilometres northwest of Santo and had a depth of 42.8 kilometres.
