Police in American Samoa have charged Mark Faipaua with the murder of Lisati Uili, whose body was found hidden in bushes near the Juvenile Detention Center in Tafuna last week.
Faipaua is charged with first degree murder and tampering with physical evidence.
He's accused of hitting the Mr Uili's head and face several times with a rock.
According to court papers Faipaua has admitted dragging the victim's body into bushes and using banana leaves to hide it.
He had also allegedly admitted the killing to friends.
