An American Samoan Senator, Lualemaga Faoa, says the blame game in the media about the territory's response to the September earthquake and tsunami must stop.
He says it's time for individuals to stand up and accept responsibility.
Lualemaga says this critical time of recovery as the governor's been absent from the territory since October 25th.
He says key people who should have prepared the territory to react to the earthquake are trying to pass the buck and the blame especially on the issue of why there was no siren alarm system.
Lualemaga says while there's a need to find out if emergency aid was misused, the funding freeze occurred two or three years ago.
