Court in Samoa orders mediation on lawsuit case against Rugby Union

The 30,000 US dollar lawsuit by the former Manu Samoa coach, Tuala Lepale Niko Palamo, against the Samoa Rugby Union has been adjourned.

The former coach according to his lawyer, Leuluaialii Tasi Malifa, is suing the rugby union for wrongful termination of his contract.

But the case was adjourned because the chief judge, Patu Falefatu Sapolu, ordered mediation between the parties within seven days.
