Tongan academic to head USP's relocated Institute of Education

The Institute of Education of the University of the South Pacific, has a new home at Tonga's USP Campus, at 'Atele, on Tongatapu.

Dr 'Ana Taufe'ulungaki a Tongan academic who has been working under contract with the World Bank, advising Tonga's Ministry of Education, was chosen by the USP as the new director of the Institute.

Matangi Tonga reports that she takes over from Associate Professor Kabini Sanga from Solomon Islands, who has just completed a three-year term as the Institute's director.

The Institute will now move from Suva.
