Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is scheduled to visit Australia and Papua New Guinea next month in his first visit to the two countries after being re-elected last year.
President Yudhoyono, who is expected to be accompanied by some Cabinet ministers, will fly to Australia on March the 8th and spend three days there.
A presidential spokesman said he will then travel to PNG where discussions with Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare will focus how to improve the countries' economic and trading relationship.
