25 Fiji Methodist Church ministers and executives have pleaded not guilty to charges of breaching the Public Emergency Regulation last year.
The charges relate to meetings alleged to have been held without a permit as required under the emergency rules.
The case has now been adjourned until April the 21st to set a hearing date.
Earlier this week, the interim regime restated that a ban on the annual Methodist Church conference will stand for another four years.
The interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama, told church leaders that despite the four-year ban his government is not against the church.
The meeting with the church leaders was also attended by the police commissioner, the head of the navy and several other senior military figures.
