The undersea fiber optic cable linking Samoa and American Samoa with Hawaii has delivered Samoa's Savaii island faster internet service.
At a ceremony to mark the extension of the fiber optic cable to Savaii, the Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Sailele, said the cable would open doors to develop businesses to connect with businesses overseas.
He said the launch of high speed internet services mean faster services and improved internet access for families and businesses.
