The American Samoa Constitutional Review Office has received a lot of feedback from community and religious groups and the general public on issues they want raised at the Constitutional Convention next month.

The topics include education, the veto override authority, the types of legislature, Senate selection, and matai and land issues.

The issues are being reviewed at the inaugural meeting of the Constitutional Review committee today.

The executive director of the Constitutional Review Office, Afoa Moega Lutu, has indicated that not all issues raised will make the Convention agenda.
