In the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, Triple J Saipan Incorporated is planning to build apartment buildings worth 12 million US dollars on private land along the beach in Chalan Kanoa.
That would make Triple J one of the very few businesses that are still planning to invest in new construction projects despite the economic downturn.
Called the Sandy Beach Homes and located near the former Pacific Gardenia Hotel, the project is located on five parcels of land.
The project is also expected to provide economic stimulus for the CNMI which is experiencing tough economic times.
