A suspect is in custody following a bomb threat at Guam's Andersen Air Force Base.
The AP newsagency reports the United States Air Force saying the base stepped up security, but returned to normal several hours later.
Explosive ordnance disposal experts investigated the threat before the all-clear was sounded.
The Air Force says the response allowed base officials to isolate the incident and get the base back to normal status quickly.
