New Zealand tourism operator, Tourism Holdings Limited, is selling its interests in Fiji.
These include Tourist Transport Fiji Ltd and Feejee Experience, which are to be merged with Coral Sun Fiji Limited.
The THL chief executive, Grant Webster, says it's an exciting opportunity for the Fiji businesses with an owner with strong Fiji ties and long-term business interests there.
