Papua New Guinea's largest commercial bank, the Bank of South Pacific Ltd has justified its new fee increases by saying it's part of its commitment to improve services.
The Post Courier newspaper reports the BSP issued a statement to customers informing them of the increased fees from November 1.
The bank announced there'd be increases in all of its services, except SMS balance enquiry and electronic funds transfer.
